A sunrise swim from South Steyne to Shelly Beach and back, with a regroup at every buoy.
We swim South Steyne to Shelly and back — around 1.5 km — with a slower group doing the short course to the first buoys. Bright caps on, buddies assigned, and we regroup at every buoy. Coffee on the Corso afterwards. Swim is called off if the surf is up; you'll get a notification the night before.
